Imagine this: An industrial truck collides with a door and rips the curtain out of the side elements. Automatic standstill? No! This is not a problem for the new V 5025 high-speed door. If this happens, the door simply applies the zipper principle: As the door travels, the special plastic slides automatically re-engage in their position within the maintenance-free plastic guide rail, and the door continues to operate as usual. This reduces the need for on-site fitting work, ensures operational safety and smooth processes. At the same time, the zipper technology provides a high level of tightness and wind stability to class 3 winds according to DIN EN 12424 for maximum efficiency. This is enhanced by the flexible bottom part of the door, consisting of a double, black PVC curtain loop and forming a very good seal even on uneven ground. A large vision field across the entire clear width of the door leaf creates a safe and transparent environment. Additional protection is provided by the safety light curtain, included as standard. When it comes to fitting, the V 5025 Z scores with compact fitting dimensions and extensive pre-assembly at the factory. Thanks to Hörmann's SNAP cable concept, it is particularly easy to connect. Transport is also a lot simpler as the V 5025 high-speed door is delivered with the drive unit, control and accessories in a single package. The Hörmann BK FU Z control is included as standard, but an optional upgrade to Hörmann's well-known and reliable BK 150 FUE-1 control is easily available. The door offers an attractive price-performance ratio and is suitable for interior and exterior use. It has a maximum opening speed of 2.0 m/s and a maximum closing speed of 1.0 m/s and does not require a reference run after a power failure. The door complies with the requirements of class 3 wind loads and is available in sizes up to 5000 × 5000 mm.
