Flood-resistant steel construction project doors OD and aluminium entrance doors

Our steel construction project doors D65 OD and H3 OD as well as the ThermoSafe Hybrid aluminium entrance door are available as flood-resistant doors. This is made possible by retrofitting the doors without affecting the appearance.

Extreme rainfall and flooding can cause considerable damage and put people's safety at risk. To minimise the effects of flooding, special protective measures for residential buildings, public buildings, industrial buildings, etc. are advisable. This includes, for example, the use of flood-resistant doors.
Our steel construction project doors D65 OD and H3 OD as well as our ThermoSafe Hybrid aluminium entrance door are now available in a flood-resistant version. This allows main and side entrances, for example to cellars, garages or utility rooms, to be efficiently secured. The existing functions of the respective door versions, such as fire protection, acoustic insulation, thermal insulation and break-in resistance, remain fully intact. The additional function does not alter the appearance either, ensuring that the doors blend in harmoniously.

With the appropriate optional equipment, single-leaf steel construction project doors D65 OD and H3 OD up to a max. width of 1150 mm are flood-resistant up to a water level of 900 mm. Retrofit solutions are available for existing doors.
Our single-leaf ThermoSafe Hybrid aluminium entrance door in a max. width of 1250 mm is flood-resistant up to a water level of 500 mm. The door can also be retrofitted with the optional equipment package.
