The new design with glazing beads on the opposite hinge side not only meets the requirements for narrow profile views but also for break-in-resistant escape doors and large escape route widths.
As the glazing beads fitted on the opposite hinge side cannot be accessed from the outside, they prevent vulnerability in case of break-in attempts. This makes it possible to combine RC2 or RC3 class break-in resistance with an escape route function. In a high-pressure panic situation, the door can be opened outwards.
The frame without a face consists of a one-part, slim profile system, ensuring a narrow frame view that blends flush with the wall. The frame without a face creates a door view with virtually no visible frame face – for the highest architectural demands on transparency and elegance in construction projects.
