Space-saving tension spring assembly for sectional garage doors with wicket door

Our sectional garage doors with integrated wicket door are now also available with tension spring assembly (track application Z). This enables convenient access to the garage even when space is tight, e.g. in modernisation projects. The new track application Z is characterised by a low required headroom (S) of only 115 mm instead of 210 mm compared to the track application N. In addition, the track application Z requires a smaller distance back (W) than a track application L without operator. The tension springs are located on the side of the door frame to save space. The wicket door is positioned centrally for a harmonious door view. Doors with wicket door are ideal for use in new buildings and renovations of smaller garages or garages without a second entrance, e.g. through a garage side door or a direct connection to the house. Thanks to the integrated wicket door in the door leaf, access to garden tools, bicycles or the barbecue is quick and easy without having to open the entire garage door. The integrated wicket door with tension spring assembly is available for LPU 42 sectional garage doors with up to 3000 mm door width and 85 mm high threshold or up to 2500 mm door width without threshold rail. You can choose between Slategrain, Duragrain, Planar, Decograin, Sandgrain and Woodgrain surface finishes. A height adjustment with four sections is optionally available for doors with wicket door with L-ribbing.
