Telescopic lip dock leveller HTL3
The new generation of Hörmann telescopic lip dock levellers is here: With the HTL3 for rated loads up to 60 kN, we have further optimised a tried and tested product. The dock leveller is now more durable than ever. This is made possible, among other things, by the unique platform with 7/9 mm thick running plate made of S355 steel and the carefully calculated overall design, which has been optimised down to the last detail. Extensive fatigue tests have confirmed it also offers a significantly increased service life. Thanks to the intelligent choice of materials, the carbon footprint of the HTL3 was reduced by around 10 percent compared to the HTL2. The new generation is very compact when it needs to be transported, benefitting both cost-consciousness and sustainability goals. The new concept emphasises flexibility, e.g. with the new combination of the BFT base frame and a fitting C model (core model): The complete BFT frame construction, including cross-beams, is already installed during the construction phase of the building. The core model, consisting of a platform, lip and hydraulics, is simply welded to the rear at a later stage. This protects the platform from damage during the construction phase. It also offers more time to finalise the equipment details. The HTL3 is very easy to fit: the core model (C), as well as the pit model (P) for fitting by welding, have positioning aids that allow them to be easily hooked into the pit frame. Cut-outs in the rear flat steel facilitate welding, allowing a countersunk welding seam and ensuring flat transitions - important for ergonomic access to the platform. The proven frame model (FR) for fitting by casting has recesses in the edge bracket to ensure optimum access to the adjustment angle.
- New HTL3 telescopic lip dock leveller: more robust, lighter, better
- Rated load up to 60 kN (for higher rated load: HTL2 100 kN)
- Attractive price for the new standard length of 2250 mm
- Particularly long-lasting
- Approx. 10 percent smaller carbon footprint thanks to optimised use of materials and space-saving transport concepts
- More flexibility in planning and fitting thanks to BFT base frame and core model P
- Easy to fit: C and P models with positioning aids and cut-outs for welding seams, easily accessible adjustment angles for aligning FR models
- Easy to maintain thanks to extra clearance below the dock leveller
- Optionally CO2-neutral
- Already available
