As a family business, we are very conscious of our responsibility to future generations and offer all products for residential construction CO₂-neutral as standard. The Hörmann sustainability strategy aims to reduce and avoid emissions. We cover 100% of our electrical power needs at all European production sites with genuine green electricity from renewable sources. We also apply many other measures to reduce our consumption and save more than 75000 tonnes of CO₂ each year. We offset the remaining emissions by promoting certified climate protection projects in cooperation with ClimatePartner.

For the door and frame construction, we rely exclusively on high-quality timber materials. Screw connections guarantee an excellent fit and seamless frame appearance. Frame reinforcements in the door leaf and sturdy door fittings ensure high stability and resistance. The modern, in-house production technology for the Duradecor surface finish impresses with consistently high quality and an impact resistance that is on average 48% better* than that of tested CPL surfaces of other manufacturers.

Seamlessly white

The rebate edge of all doors with a white Duradecor surface finish is specially coated for a seamless appearance. In addition, the 4Protect edge guard ensures a seamless transition to the door leaf in doors with angular edges. This way you can enjoy a continuously white door view, without the bothersome unsightly edges that conventional doors have.

Light-impermeable white seal

Hörmann’s brand quality impresses with exquisite details. Take the light-impermeable seal, for example. With no visible light gap in our flush-closing doors, you’ll no longer be disturbed by light from the adjoining room. This seal is only available as optional equipment for on-site fitting from Hörmann.

Flush-fitting: Planar lever handle

For a particularly elegant look, fit your door with the Planar lever handle. Its flush-fitting rose escutcheon, perfectly recessed in the door leaf, is particularly appealing to those who value excellent design whilst the flush-closing doors with concealed hinges are the perfect embodiment of elegance. Another fine detail: By foregoing the drilled key hole, the design appears even more minimalist and therefore more elegant. When combined with the Linea handle, the Planar lever handle is also available in Jet Black RAL 9005, which matches the black.edition fittings for Hörmann residential internal doors perfectly.

Highly robust DuraProject surface finish

The DuraProject surface finish for residential internal doors ensures a permanently attractive door view, even when subjected to particularly heavy use. The new surface finish has been certified by the Entwicklungs- und Prüflabor Holztechnologie GmbH (EPH) in accordance with DIN EN 438-3 and demonstrably offers the same properties of an HPL surface finish. This makes residential internal doors with a DuraProject surface finish a more cost-effective alternative to HPL and ideal for use in schools, nurseries and offices as well as in high-quality residential buildings. The surface is particularly impact-resistant, wear-resistant and scratch-resistant as well as resistant to light, heat and vapour. The DuraProject surface finish is used as standard with the robust VarioFix steel case frame and is available for flush and rebated timber doors with smooth or textured surfaces in the colours Traffic white RAL 9016, Light grey RAL 7035 and Dusty grey RAL 7037.

Duradecor Ultramatt

Fingerprints on residential internal doors? Not with Duradecor Ultramatt! That’s because this surface finish combines high resistance to fingerprints and other soiling with an exquisite matt deluxe appearance in a previously unattainable matt finish. When it comes to both aesthetics and feel, the ultra matt surface finish is in a league of its own!

Vibrant colour effect

The lacquered surface of our timber doors has a classic and high-quality look. The even, multi-layer coating on the whole unit, made up of the door frames and door leaf, results in a uniform surface finish and a seamless edge transition. The deep and brilliant colour effect is truly impressive.

Reverse-opening residential internal doors

Unlike traditional residential internal doors, reverse-opening timber doors open into the room by way of the frame. This means that the door appears virtually flush and consistent with the wall on the hallway side. As the doors all open into the individual rooms, they are ideal for hallways with limited space. The reverse-opening timber doors have a particularly elegant and high-quality look thanks to their vibrant real lacquer surface finish and concealed hinges.

More light for your home

GlassLine doors offer you many clear advantages. Glass doors are elegant and chic. They give your home an open feeling and lend each room a very special charm. GlassLine is also particularly easy to clean: all the styles with sand-blasted glass feature nano coating so you benefit from fewer fingerprints!

Matching glass doors are also available for the DesignLine Groove styles, allowing you to achieve the perfect mix of timber and glass doors.

See and touch: Duradecor texture

The finely textured surfaces allow you to feel what you see. A wood grain texture is embossed into the door leaf, making the characteristic wood texture of the Duradecor texture surface finish tangible. This will enhance the cosy, natural ambience of your home and is also extremely hard-wearing and easy to clean.

Permanent durability

With an impact resistance that is on average 48% higher, the high-quality Duradecor surface finish is clearly superior to CPL surfaces from other manufacturers. It is also especially easy to clean, heat-resistant and almost as robust as a kitchen worktop.

Resistant edge

The 4Protect edge guard on flush-closing doors and rebated doors with angular edges offers a high resistance to impact, wear and scratches. This means that doors with a Duradecor surface finish are ideally protected against everyday wear and tear. What’s more, as a contrasting edge, the new, highly robust 4Protect edge adds an eye-catching colour contrast to the door design.

High-quality timber frame

The elegant 3 mm edge radius impresses with its modern rectangular design and seamless edge finish. The 25 mm thick jamb lining ensures high dimensional stability and the high-quality Duradecor surface also makes the frame particularly impact-resistant and scratch-resistant.

Robust steel frame VarioFix

In addition to the standard timber frames, all our residential internal doors are also available with high-quality powder coating. The corner joints are welded to a high standard and ground flat so that no mitre cuts are visible in the corner area. The robust door frame construction can also withstand impacts from toy cars or vacuum cleaners and guarantees a uniform gap dimension for flush-closing doors, as it does not warp after installation. Thanks to the high-quality galvanisation, process even cleaning water cannot damage the door frame.

Minimalistic Zeroline door frame

The Zeroline door frame impresses with its clean lines and minimalist design, enabling a perfectly flush-fitting wall and door leaf, virtually invisible frame construction and concealed hinges.

90° door frame for a linear door view

The new 90° door frame has vertical edges at 90° on the frame covering instead of the mitre cuts used in conventional frames. This creates a linear and harmonious overall appearance, especially when combined with classic door styles. The cover sheet made of high-quality stainless steel is attached to the top edge of the vertical frame parts and ensures a beautiful appearance. The 90° door frame is available for flush and rebated timber doors with a brilliant real lacquer surface finish.
